In 90 minutes at the tracks I found 6 trains at Bayview, leaving with 3 more coming. In the afternoon, I caught London pickup and #243 East of Killean at mile 51.90 Galt sub. At night, we picked up CP #2419, the second 419 at Guelph Junction with 6 brand new ES44AC GE tier 2 environmental units (GEVOs).
Bayview Junction, Ontario
(map) This is where the CN Oakville, CN Grimsby, and CN Dundas subdivisions meet at a great big wye, beside which is the CP Hamilton sub. This location encompasses CN Bayview Junction, Hamilton West, and Hamilton Junction.
CN #271 passes the lookout at Hamilton West with a UP unit in second.
CN #422 switches Hamilton yard.
CP #231 passes under signal 602-3 Desjardins on Hamilton sub.
CN #148 passes under the pedestrian bridge on the East leg.
CN #392 heads under the bridge with a long cut of MD&W boxcars.
CN #422 passes CN #435 under the foamer bridge at Bayview.
CP #167 passes under the Bayview bridge with 6 units.

Guelph Junction, Ontario
(map) Technically Campbellville, Guelph Junction is the junction of the Guelph Junction Railway -- currently serviced by OSR -- the CP Hamilton sub, and the CP Galt sub. It is between Milton and Galt on the CP Galt sub.
